I am not using any mods that alter Dragon Priest Masks, that I know of. Looking in MO's data tab shows that only the Bethesda HD DLC, the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, and AmidianBorn's Uniques affect the meshes and textures of the dragon priest masks.
The problem I'm getting affects all the vanilla masks (I didn't test with Dragonborn's new masks). When I equip them, or if I let an NPC follower equip them, they are invisible. The mask and hood just don't appear, though the item remains equipped and I seem to benefit from the stats. I am not using any invisible helmet mods. The mask is invisible even if I unequip everything else. However, there is an image in my inventory menu and in my crafting menu (via Warmonger's Armory).
In SKYUI, the masks are listed as "circlets". I seem to be able to equip them along with other headgear.
I tried a couple of retexture mods to see if overwriting the meshes/textures from the above stated sources would force the masks to reappear. This did not work.
Hopefully someone has seen this before. All my searching has only turned up stuff about mods that make the masks invisible on purpose for aesthetics. Sigh...
