Ovewrite Problem in mod organizer

Hi i am having a overwrite problem with my mod organizer. New to MO and not sure exactly what to do, this problem might be because of skse i will show pics below.

i recently downloaded a safety load mod a which never was installed correctly and had a SKSE folder in it which i believe is the cause of this whole issue.

If you mean saftely load, don't use it. Its explained somewhere on these forms but its redundant.

The overwrite folder is where files that are created in the data folder while the vfs is active get moved.
