Updated to 1.3.3 missing save games

So first off I'm new to S.T.E.P. Decided to finally take the plunge and install the core mods. Hi everybody! To do this I thought what better way than to start from scratch. I dumped everything and did the "pristine" install and updated to the newest version of MO. After the second benchmark test I took a look in the new step core profile I created and none of the saves are present. I looked in the save tab in the right pane, I tried to transfer local saves under the profile and I looked in the saves folder for said profile in my MO folder. Nothing. They are still in My Documents/Skyrim like always they just don't show up in MO. I'm just concerned I've made a mistake somewhere and would rather correct it now instead of later after I've installed a 100 mods. Hope I posted this in the correct place. I'm pretty new to all this and modding in general so feel free to "school" me on proper protocol.

You probably have local savegames ticked for your profile. Check that isn't the case in the profile menu.
