After weeks of research, learning and careful setup I am at the end of creating my modded Skyrim with only about 10 more mods I need to add, and find I am getting random CTDs in exterior areas. I've been adding mods in slowly in groups of 5 or so and stress testing each batch using the fly around method, as well as dragging followers around getting in fights, spawning in tons of NPCs and starting massive brawls in Windhelm. I have never crashed or froze in any of these situations, but now when I'm just cruising around outside doing nothing stressful at all, I am occasionally experiencing CTD in random places all over the map for no reason I can pinpoint. I've been toting around Inigo, Vilja, and Duraz (interesting NPCs follower) for testing purposes, so they were present at the time of the CTDs. One CTD was in Riften, the others were in random wilderness areas and on the roads.
I am using Mod Organizer, running LOOT religiously, creating TES5 Merged Patches and Wyre Bash bashed patches as per the instructions given on the youtube gamer poets channel. I have the SKSE memory settings applied and memory blocks log enabled. At the time of my last CTD this is my memory blocks log:

ENBoost is applied and I am running Vividian ENB
I am also using the Skyrim Mod Combiner for textures, which I added pretty early on in my build and have had no apparent problems with.
The only mod I ran into any real problems with happened in this last batch and was "Death Alternative - Your Money or your Life" which seemed to cause freezes during the post-combat bleedout recovery phase. I uninstalled it, started an entirely new game and all freezing disappeared.
After the CTDs began I enabled papyrus logging but of course have no idea what I'm looking at. Here are the last bunch of lines after the most recent CTD happened:

Out of this bunch I suppose I'm most suspicious of Immersive Winterhold, though I have no real reason to think there's any problem there. When I went to check it out I did however notice some potential issues with the lighting just outside at the bottom of the bridge where that elf stands guarding the entrance waiting to test you on arrival. There was some flickering that seemed wrong but I can't imagine that's the cause of my woes. Seemed more like a texture issue.
I also got 36 ITM records warning with Inigo, but apparently those are intentional, or so the various discussions seem to indicate.
I don't know what more information I can give here, that's all I know and I can't figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
