Mysterios

Still no fullscreen launch

Question

Hi,

I just wrote an threat but thought that I solved the problem myself. Well, I didn't.

The problem: When I try to launch the game using MO, the game does not start fullscreen but just in a small window (not more than 1/4th of my screen). It appears when I use the MO-launcher for SKSE and for normal skyrim as well. I tried also to use two different profiles, one with a lot of mods already installed, the other without any mod aktivated, both does not launch correctly.

But it still works perfectly fine as long as I launch using Steam.

To install / organize my MO, I used the vidoes of Gopher on youtube.

I launched is using a shortcut from my destop to prevent that I accidently use another window. Where can I set the resolution of Skyrim? I can'f find such an option within the game.

I deinstalled MO and installed it new. At the moment the fullscreen does work again. Maybe the problem emerged that I installed the MO before I launched Skyrim for the first time that some wrong settigs were included in MO (have no idea if MO works like that, that it copies these settings by installing from the original game, but it would make sense for me :D ) . Maybe it will work now.

Always a good idea to launch the game external to MO on a fresh install or when the game cache is verified prior to launching from MO.
