I am using STEP 2.2.9 with the extended patch. I've had a few small issues here and there, but have found a way to resolve all of them, up until this one.
Dampened Spirits will not start. The previous quest "Loud and Clear" shows as completed in my log. Talking to Maven yields no results, and Brynjolf says nothing aside from telling me he is busy.
I have ready the Skyrim WIKI and the proposed workaround of skipping the quest via the console is not very satisfying.
Has anyone else encountered this issue using STEP? This issue was supposedly fixed in an old patch, but I am using all the current patches and the problem still exists.
