how to install immersive animation with MO?

Question

Posted
Above title,

Can any help me with this?

I know the process of installing the Immersive Animation goes like this;
Install IA Main files ( I use the complete pack v2.1)
Install XPMS Skeleton (32xp thinggie)
Install FNIS arm fix (via MO)
Install DSR(Dual Sheath Redux)
I follow DSR MO installation (using the MO to install the DSR Patch.esp)
Run FNIS as well.

And.. that should be all.. but i get this WEIRD animation glitch like is not registered properly or something...
My character when moving forward while wielding weapons will do a T pose and no animation at all.. then when i do left strafe or right strafe it animation is very weird like is speeding strafe (leg animation go so fast).
any idea how to solve this?

I'm having this problem as well with the animations being a bit messed up with that T pose.  Has anyone have a fix to this?

EDIT:  I was originally moving the files created from the "GenerateFNISforUseres.exe" that were created into the overwrite section of MO into the "Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FINS" file on the left side of MO.  I re-installed the FNIS mod and ran the "GenerateFNISforUseres.exe" through MO again to create new files in the overwrite section.  This time, instead of moving them into the already existing file, I used the "create mod" option and named it FNIS.  Then I just place it below all the other animations in my left side priority order.

I went into game and it seemed to have fixed the problem for me.
