Installing Skyrim Script Extender

Sorry I am a total newb, and the directions aren't quite clear enough for me: https://wiki.step-project.com/Skyrim_Script_Extender#Recommendations

 

It says for me to:

• Create the SKSE ini file OR download and install it from here.
• Right-click the SKSE mod in Mod Organizer and select Open in explorer.
• Open the SKSE folder or create one if one does not exist.
• In the SKSE folder, create skse.ini and paste inside it the following:

I'm totally confused about the Third step,

 

Do I have to create a separate folder inside of the SKSE folder? So when I open it in MO, i get SKSE/SKSE/skse.ini?

No, just SKSE/skse.ini.

 

If the folder is there then just create skse.ini, if it doesn't exist create the folder first then create skse.ini inside of it.

I appreciate the clarification, that was super fast. I guess it seems impossible for me to understand how you could have installed SKSE into the MO without having it create a folder for you, perhaps the wording could be revised?
