Mod Organizer cannot open browser and QfileSystem error?

Question

This is the log printed from my mod organizer when I boot it up.

When I use the "Visit on Nexus" button, it just switches the active tabs to "Downloads". This strange behavior only occurred after I reinstalled my windows (Windows 8.1).

The Warning (W) (Not to be confused with Error (E)) simply says that MO failed to monitor for changes in your skyrim-saves directory. Most likely you haven't started Skyrim yet so there is no such directory so this is a non-issue.

Regarding your browser I really can't say what the reason is. MO uses a very simple mechanism to display a website that says to windows: "Please windows, display this web page in whatever software you deem appropriate." So either Windows 8.1 broke this mechanism or you don't have a default browser (for whatever reason).

Those are the only reasons I can come up with.

Alright, so I deleted my entire save directory, that explains it. As for not being able to open up my browser, I guess it's something on my end that I need to fix which is strange considering I set Chrome to my default. https://i.cubeupload.com/3R13Iz.png

Perhaps my Windows got botched during installation...

I am getting the same issue with MO not being able to visit anything on Nexus. It displays the mod information okay but all links to Nexus just simply take me to the Downloads tab in MO. My default browser is set to Chrome as well...I have not reinstalled WIndows 8.1 so that may not be the issue.

It's a small issue....and for my lazy self it just means a couple more seconds of manual finger work BUT would love to have that convenience back.
