Should I install Book of Silence's Content Addon?

 

I noticed it includes a compatibility patch for Improved closefaced helmets.

That is up to you, just remember to remove the Skyforge Weapon plugin and you won't be able to use any STEP Patches, so that means you have to go back to using all the patches it covers.
