Select All for code blocks

Wrote a small plugin that now adds a "SELECT ALL" link in the title for code and php blocks. Clicking on it will select the entire contents of that particular block for easy copying.

 

You may need to force your browser to do a full page load in order to pick up the new styling associated with the link.
