What is this on my web page?

I'm trying to figure out what this is.  I am not even sure what shortcut keys i'm hitting to bring it up, but I accidentally bring it up once every few days or so when i'm typing.

It is one of the F buttons that brings up the details of the site... my daughter hits it all the time. Forgot which one specifically though. :S

Is it the Page Source? One of the View options that has a shortcut, probably.

If its chrome then I think its "F12" button.

It's your web developer toolkit

Go to Tools ---> Web Developer ---> Toggle Toolkit

So what exactly can I do with it? I have no experience with this sort of thing :p

It's mainly for bug testing and troubleshooting from what I've learned of it. The only time I've ever needed to use it is if my web page looked "funky" in one browser but not another (in this case looked funky in Firefox).
