CTD at Chillfurrow Farm

It's always at the same place. I can get the "Chillfurrow Farm discovered" message but as soon as I get closer to it I CTD, a little bit closer from where I "discovered" it, not even past the fence there. I've heard that Whiterun can be buggy or something but this is too specific to the area, it always CTD here.

With such a long mod list and no custom patch for all of them CTDs are inevitable. Your issue is beyond forum help I'm afraid, the only way is to open all your mods in TES5EDIT and see what are the conflicts in the Chillfurrow Farm's actual cell/worldspace. I can assure you that you will come across more of issues like that with your massive list.

Turns out that I missed cleaning the Update.esm. I got the others but I guess I forgot to get Update.esm, might've missed a step or altogether. I can go to Chillfurrow Farm and all around Whiterun now. Sorry for jumping the gun on this one guys.
