bitdman Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Guys I'm at a loss. When I engage or start the game using SKSE 1.6.16 my playable characters body turns blueish white. Not the face, just the rest of the body. It's ok without SKSE though. I don't understand.Any ideas other than complete re install?
0 Aiyen Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 So vanilla game with only SKSE on does this or ? If this is related to what you had last, then try to isolate it by only activating a few mods at a time until it happens..
0 EssArrBee Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Picture of this? Is it like the texture is missing or is it like a bluish white overlay on the texture? If it is the texture then try reinstalling Race Menu, also never optimize it people do that all the time.
0 bitdman Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 I used DDSopt to unpack the BSA for race menu, but did not optimize anything. I've reinstalled racemenu leaving the BSA this time. But no difference. Why would this just affect the player character? I'll uninstall mods and check what happens. thanks for replying. It doesn't look like missing textures. It's looks just like EisDrache shots in the post here https://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=3184
0 EssArrBee Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 The pictures from EisDrache are missing textures. Don't optimize body textures or Race Menu. Other than that install your body mod again.
0 tomtomtommy Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 had the same problem recently, it was the overlay optional of race menu that I had to reinstall
0 bitdman Posted October 22, 2013 Author Posted October 22, 2013 I think I found what went wrong. I forgot to check the behave settings in DDSopt. They were wrong! Shame on me...operator error. Thanks for the replies.
