CTD When trying to enter Dark Brother Hood Sanctuary Black Door

Hello, I'm having some problems entering the Sanctuary, is the first time that I'm trying to enter the Sanctuary, I already completed the previous quest when Astrid give you the "Password" when you try to enter the Sanctuary, well whatever...when I try to enter, it starts loading normally but then after like 15-20 seconds the game crashes, at the moment is the only place that this is happening, and is the first problem that I have since I installed all the mods and started a new game, sometimes the game dont crash, it just start loading but never enter the Sanctuary.

I5 3570k @ 4.5

7970 GHZ 3 GB

Corsair Vengeance 8 GB Ram

Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB

Using Extreme STEP

The only mod that is not in the STEP Guide, I think is the FXAA Post Process Injector but I uninstalled it just to see if that work but no, still the same.

I used to have the same problem, for me it was related to the 3,1 GB of Ram limit, I solved by replacing some mods with theyr lower resolution version, the game still looks great (I can't see the difference) an I have a lot less CTDs since I never reach the 3,1 GB limit.

Disable iLargeCellRefCount tweak from skyrim.ini and reduce texture load through optimizing and resizing your textures to 2k max and if needed 1k normals.

I didn't find that exact tweak, but I found this one "iLargeIntRefCount=131072" , anyway I disabled that one and now is working! Thanks!, don't know if its ok to disable that one? or is something important?

It can sometimes be helpful. But you can always disable it again. So if you find an interior that provides issues, you can try to enable it again, and likewise if you find one that has issues with it on.
