Snow is WAY too reflective. It's almost blinding

I'm sure this is a common occurrence so I'm jut wondering if anyone can quickly tell me which one is most likely causing the issue. My guess is the ENB.

Snow actually is blinding, if it's sunny. But I understand that annoys you in game ;-)
