New STEP installation using Wrye Bash

I am pretty new to modding Skyrim but I have followed the STEP guide and downloaded all the mods and put them in the Wyre Bash folders. All of the mods are showing up as either Pink/Red and White with wand except Skyrim Redesigned, which is showing up as grey. Any idea on how to fix this? Also, if all the mods are pink/red and white does that mean I can install them properly? I also want to install some optionals from Heart of the Beast and Tales of Lycanthropy that require Automatic Variants. Will this conflict with anything? In what order should I install?

Have you tried the STEP wiki Wrye Bash guide?

 

Also the little blue question mark at the bottom of wrye bash opens the readme which is very informative.

STEP installed, around 300 mods, everything works fine. No crashes :D Thanks guys.
