Which of the STEP mods makes the dragons talk?

Fought the first dragon outside Whiterun and during the battle it would occasionally speak in a very low voice. Ugh, kind of immersion breaking IMO. Vanilla Skyrim didn't have this AFAIR so I am assuming it's a feature in one of the STEP mods. I'd definitely like to disable it.

 

When I was installing the STEP mods I don't recall reading anything about this in any of the mods.

There was dialogue in the bethesda voices directories for this dragon and I think it was USKP that enabled it.

OK, just posted on the Nexus comment page for that mod. Though if you have an idea how I can disable this dialogue, that would be great.
