But it says to download skyrim HD... do I simply download every available mod(towns, dungeons, etc)? do I use the optional files as well? it's a little confusing as there is no note in 2.2.1 step guide. 

 

And I would also just like to thank everyone involved in this wonderful mod.  I have been waiting on this update for MONTHS now so that I can start over and play through with all the addon's.  I really do appreciate all the hard work that everyone puts in to making this absolutely amazing worthwhile guide.  Have a great day/ - Kyle

AFAIK you should grab all four packs as well as Riften package

that's what I was confused about because Serious HD it tells you to download the Riften pack and it got me wondering if I needed to download all the packs for Skyrim HD. Makes sense haha. This is my first time not using NMM so getting used to Wyre Bash and all that jazz.

Welcome to the forum.

 

'Serious HD' has a note because the Riften textures are listed under optional files in that mod page. The components of 'Skyrim HD' are all main files. Unless stated otherwise, use all of them.

Unless I'm mistaken we actually decided to skip the Skyrim HD Riften textures... I'll add a note to just grab the 4 main files.

Thx Farlo and the rest. I installed the Riften Textures so I guess I'll reinstall that group later... haha I've been downloading all these mods and organizing them... this really does take forever... I don't know how you all do it :/
