Which Mod edit NPC Fist Fight

After playing a while, I get in one of this typical fist fights with npc (like in some taverns or the orc-leaders for 100 gold)

After entering the battle, everything seems normal, but after my first hit with my fists, the npc starts attacking me with his weapons and fight till death. In some cases other npc's help him or my follower helped me.

So anyone know what mod can conflict this?

I think you need to make sure you have Brawl Bug Patch. This mod is included in the next STEP release as well.

This fixed the problem, didnt noticed it is now part of the 2.2.1 pre-release.
