Question

Posted (edited)

Ok I really don't know what's the problem.

- I'm following the STEP guide for the hybrid 3d trees. (and for the rest of the mods, with little exceptions)

- Before the last run I also cleaned what loot reported me plugins with ITM, didn't help

- It seems to just crash and stay at the log window (I have to end the process or it will be repeating what you see below if I try to close the window)

- I'm attaching the log files

Thanks, let me know if you need me to test with some other setup

Done.
Same results but the error in the log window is more detailed (attached the whole log)

Exception in unit userscript line 350: Assertion failure (C:\Delphi\projects\DynDOLOD\wbImplementation.pas, line 15594)

Also, a screen of my setup (based on the step guide)

Post the bugreport.txt as well.

Such Assertion failures reported by xEdit are typically caused by broken plugin.

Maybe checking the non-vanilla plugins for errors with xEdit might help finding the culprit and fixing it.

Thanks. Here's the bugreport.txt

Regarding the plugin errors I only did a pass with xedit autoclean on those reported by loot.

I'll do a check with xedit on all of them (there are A LOT of them :|)

I don't have high hopes for that. NavMesh and Tint errors are typically irrelevant in this circumstance.

Also do a run with Debug=1 and post that log, please.

Try the x86 version. It might probably not get past creating the atlas texture due to memory constraints, but if it does I wonder if it triggers the same error.

No errors in those logs that relate to the issue.

Please run with this version of DynDOLODx64.exe, still with Debug=1 and FasterCreate=0

It should show us which cell it is working when the error occurs, which might help us to pin it down.

Look up which plugin is the last to overwrite the mentioned cell before the error and let me know.

Also which plugin is the last to overwrite the persistent cell 00000D74?

Yeah, in the meantime I tried to do what's below and it didn't work (same story as you guessed)

1) I disabled the mods where I've found errors and those that depended on them
2) Run loot to reorder
3) Remade the run TexGen and placed the new textures in MO, etc..

4) Did another run

About the cell 00000D74, this should be the answer: https://i.imgur.com/7Dn19kM.png

Now I'm gonna go back to the initial setup and let you know with the new exe.

I hope all this isn't because of my ram, I have 16GB and for what I saw it didn't look like going over it :confusion:

I swear to God the only thing I did differently from the last run was to run it with steam closed (already did it in the past) and stay there watching the log window with the task manager open the whole freaking time like Neo watched the Matrix.

The first Lodgen batch (where the error was probably occurring) took at max 8GB and like 75% of my total RAM. The rest was easier.

Yes I have it disabled.

1.41GB I think was the DynDOLODx64.exe, the LodGen64.exe (IIRC) was at like 7-8GB.

I thought about the pagefile too tbh, but seeing that the ram didn't surpass like 77% of the total I didn't expect it to be the problem.
