Executables bringing up Steam window issue

Good Day,

 

New to MO2 so here goes

 

If I try firing up LOOT from within MO2 my Steam window opens and after closing it I am left with a popup box 'Waiting'  Please press OK once you're logged into steam.

 

I am logged into steam, I have even added my steam credentials to 'Settings/Steam'

 

Suggestions would be appreciated.

And all sorted, turns out my SteamGuard Authenticator was the issue.
