Dyndolod 2.43 Crash/ILS - Oldrim

Hey there,

 

I'd been trying to track down the cause of my ILS and tracked it to Dyndolod. Basically new game, save in LAL start dungeon. Reload and ILS. Remove Dyndolod and start new game - no ILS. Start game without Dyndolod, save in LAL dungeon, add Dyndolod and it crashes just after loading.

 

I was following another thread you were troubleshooting with another user. I installed the DLL and scripts and can confirm that everything is fine after doing so. So this is with the PapyrusUtil version that something is causing issues. Previous versions of Dyndolod have been fine for me. I think you mentioned you might have some updated scripts coming and that worked for the other user, but the DLL is working for me now on this version.

You could test these updated DynDOLOD PapryusUtil scripts for Skyrim, overwrite the ones from DynDOLOD Resources.

Otherwise the ILS is probably memory related.

Thanks I'll try those scripts. I probably should say too that if I start a new game with Dyndolod but choose to untick 'Generate Dyndolod' I do not get any ILS issues or crashes at all.

If you do not generate dynamic LOD then there is less data in the plugins and no scripts are used, so that is not unexpected.
