You've messed your ENB install up. It looks like you've just used the files from Boris and nothing else. Please follow our ENB Guide for proper installation. Following it step-by-step will get you up and running properly.

I downloaded and said to copy it into the skyrim root folder which i did.

The install has most of those files, and then has some which you don't have. Like the program itself.

From the readme file:

INSTALLING:

Extract files from archive in to the game directory or where game execution file exist (.exe).

Run game launcher to reconfigure it again.

Delete all you ENB files and follow our guide. This is the last time I'm going to say it. You've installed the ENB wrong. Which ENB are you using and I'll check it out myself?

I searched for the official ENB website, went to said site, and downloaded ENB.

I don't know the link to the site.

That is problem #1.

  • Delete all your ENB files from your Skyrim directory.
  • Go here: Nexus - SkyRealism and download that.
  • Copy the files from the Cinematic folder into your Skyrim directory.
  • Go here: ENBSeries v.139 and download that.
  • Copy the d3d9.dll file from the Wrapper directory (not the Injector directory) into your Skyrim directory and do nothing else. You're directory should look exactly like mine now.
  • Launch the game and be amazed because you're now properly running an ENB!
You can search Nexus to find the ENB preset that you like the best. There are a TON of them. The only file you'll ever need from ENBSeries is the d3d9.dll file.

EDIT: There are other ways to get the ENB running but this is the simplest and quickest.
