Merge Plugins Standalone Settings 'Ok' Button Greyed

Heya, can anyone make any sense of this?

 

 

I can't select the nice ok button. I have used the Papyrus Compiler Patch for x64 Systems patch and it said that it was patched.

 

And I follow gamer poets and Dredflops guide here on the forums to get it working but no joy.

 

Strange thing is I could use it on Oldrim.
