INI Parameters

I am trying do it by the book but in the guide there are many ini parameters that I do not have present. Am I suppose to create those parameters? Such as camera?

Increase third-person zoom speed
fMouseWheelZoomSpeed sets the transition speed when zooming in and out in third person mode. This also affects how fast the transition from first to third person occurs.

fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=10

 

This is not in my ini file. 

 

I think i found it . Its in the MO tool, right?

 

But seriously this seems like nit-picky BS!

No, you create them when editing manually. But honestly you can just run BethINI and call it good.
