Any way of using this mod to make grass load farther or make grass lod?

I have already applied the ini tweaks and want to take my grass loading even farther if dyndolod has functionality for it that would be awesome.  Does any known way currently exist?  This guy did it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Y9d4nMya6k&t=24s
