Hi everyone this is my very first post so sorry if im doing anything wrong just point me in the right direction Im new to modding skyrim in general and I have this problem with LOOT I installed it with help of a video from GamerPoets everything was fine until I try Run it then this message showed up

LOOT.exe - System Error The program can´t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

I was hoping someone could help solve this because i don´t have a lot of knowledge in load order for the plugins

I can´t run LOOT outside MO if that helps again than you for your time if you read this :).

You may need to install the Universal C Runtime. Click the link below and install the x86 version for your operating system.

Hi i tried that i downloaded the installer and it started searching for updates in my computer i waited like 2 hours and nothing really happened. :( you got any other solution? or maybe can you suggest me another tool that does the same thing that LOOT does so i can install that instead

You may need to ensure all updates have been installed with Windows Update before the Universal C Runtime can successfully install. Apparently this installer can be a bit of a beast unfortunately.
