0 pt1f4b Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 As per Neovalen explanation, you have to deactivate your original mod because all the files (meshes, textures, etc) are brought with the merged patches (look at the merged files output). But you have to be careful as if you make a partial merge (only patches but not the main esp e.g), you have to copy those files to the newly created merged patch folder.
