Vegetation colors seem off?

Is it just me? The trees, vegetables and cheese seem off to me...

Not sure what exactly feels off for you but personally I don't like the default level of saturation. In the Vivid Weathers MCM, try setting the saturation level to Low.

Thanks! Yeah, I think I'm going to turn down the saturation. I was talking about the cabbage, cheese, and trees. They seem too green and too yellow. Almost like they are glowing against the background textures.
