SRLE & SRLE Extended - argue with MO Fix

So, I have been meaning to ask this question for ages. 

 

MO has this warning about left pane mod order, that both SRLE and SRLE Extended ignore. Why is that?

 

Here is the message:

The conflict resolution order for some mods with scripts differs from that of the corresponding esp.
This may lead to subtle, hard to locate bugs.
Please first ensure your load order is correct!
If it is you should re-order the affected mods (left list!) like this:

you need to ignore that and turn it off. as Per SRLE Base instructions

In the "Settings" dialogue, click the [Plugins] tab.

Select "Basic Diagnosis Plugin" in the left pane.
In the right pane, double click on the value to the right of "check_modorder" and select "false".
