Some mode simply not appearing in plugins after installation.

After I install my mods and check the tick boxes in the left pane, Several of my mods simply aren't appearing in my plugins list on the right and thus not appearing in game either. A couple mods I've noticed for sure have this issue are RS Children Overhaul, Superior Lore Friendly Hair,  JContainers, and Lean-Wolf's Better Shaped Weapons. There may be a couple more but looking for all of them would be extremely tedious because of how many mods I have. Please help me out, I really appreciate any words of wisdom.

Double check the mods in question to verify they actually contain an EPS in the file tree and that it's at the root of the file tree. As far as I know Leanwolf's Better Shaped Weapons doesn't include an ESP. Also make you aren't filtering the right pane with text in the textbox under the right pane grid.
