Have a look at your file extensions, something when you create SKSE.ini it adds the .txt (which you can't see) so it's actually SKSE.ini.txt

 

 

That screwed me over before :P

To always see the file extensions go to File Explorer (windows) then in File -> Change folder and search options

on the view tab -> advanced settings:  uncheck -> hide extensions for known file types.

this way you'll always see all the files extensions so you don't mistake again with file like  SKSE.ini.txt

@uncleseano : Nope it was the real deal ini file.

 

@nozzer : Already deleted it.

 

@paul : Yep i always have that checked since i play with ini tweaks of other games as well.

 

Thanks for all the replies guys!It is working fine now.I think it doesn't have anything to do with skyrim but rather my windows, after the restart and CCleaner everything works fine!
