Folders in Mod list

Alright so I've been using MO for a while now and I've pretty much got the hang of it but I just encountered something that really has me stumped. I just redownloaded Skyrim, I'm a Fallout guy, and downloaded some of the main mods I remember using. When I was in the middle of activating them these gray, instead of black, folders appeared in my mod list. They have the same name as the first mod in them and there is no way for me to remove mods from these folders and put them back into the main list. My biggest problem is that when I created my patchus maximus mod for perkus maximus it was automatically put into one of these weird folder things with a random helmet mod as the folders primary mod. I just want to be able to remove the mods from these folders and put them back into the normal list.

Look on the bottom of the MO screen, you may have accidently checked the sort by groups option. There should be a drop down list with two or three items near the bottom of the screen which will allow you to make it look normal again.

Awesome, thanks man! That was exactly it. It was set on Nexus IDs too which explains why they didn't entirely make sense.
