Unable to add xedit to Mod Organizer 1.3.1

Question

Posted

Hello, I'm having an issue with Mod Organizer. I'm trying to add Xedit (the newest version created for FO4) but Mod Organizer seems to block it. I add all the information to the executable entry (binary, argument), click add and it just erases the entry and doesn't add anything. I have other executables working properly; ASIS, LOOT, SKSE, FNIS. It's just xEdit that doesn't work. Was hoping someone might know why this is happening!

If it helps I'm on Windows 7 using MO 1.3.1

Thank you!

You might consider upgrading Mod Organizer to 1.3.11. I remember an older version of Mod Organizer had a bug in that it wouldn't allow you to directly add a new executable to the list. As a workaround, click an existing executable in the list and change all the properties as if you are adding TES5Edit as a new entry, and then click Add. This should add TES5Edit as a new executable to the list.
