UNP/UNPB within the STEP gospel.

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi all,

Firstly, this is a place of genius and I've learned a hell of a lot so thank you.

After reinstalling Skyrim for the first time in a few years (kids, mortgage, desire to raid the fridge) I discovered STEP and have been following your excellent advice.  So far, so good.

However, I'm thinking of adding the UNP female body mod (CBBE is all sorts of wrong looking) but I wanted to ask at which point I should install it within the STEP framework. Logic tells me it should be in Characters & Creatures, probably about the same point I install Better Males, but I thought I'd ask anyway.  No idea as yet what skin texture I'll use, so advice on that would be appreciated too.

I have searched for a similar topic here, my apologies if I'm blind and I missed the relevant thread.

Thanks in advance and I hope your collective weekends went well.

Edit:  I'm about to start the Landscape & Environment section of STEP, I've not got as far as Characters yet.

sorry for my English

From a newbie on this forum but an old (time and age) skyrim gamer that is starting its 6th full play (4th with step project), i can tell that i tried a lot of different UNP/UNPB and CBEE choice to finally choosing UNP with Mature skin for my last avatar.

This time, (im currently updating Step to the last version) i'll try true daughter or Women of skyrim, like our administrator said, there are slightly different and more close to vanilla.

I would like to see one day a mix between Mature skin and true daughter. But as we says in french "je chipote"

Your english is far, far better than my french ::):

I got the banding around the ankles to disappear, I reinstalled the mature skin textures and installed the Normal Maps UNP bit.  Before I had it set to "Keep Existing".  Anyway, it appears to be working, and since True Daughters doesn't seem to have a UNPB download I'll probably stick to these.  Appreciate all the help and suggestions guys, thank you again
