  1. This was one of the things I absolutely hated about the mod.
  2. Thank you. I had tried it in the past, before trying this amazing guide. Some things I really didn't like, but loved the fact that it added persistent arrows, and bleeding damage to arrows. Just thought I'd ask an opinion on it.
  3. Just curious Darth, what are your thoughts on Archery Gameplay Overhaul?
  4. Awesome, thank you so much! I appreciate it a lot.
  5. Did the medium version of DynDOLOD when I installed everything, as I had a hunch high would be to much. I will try out the performance version of noble skyrim and see how that works out.
  6. ok, so it is just the guide is that intensive then on the system. Thanks, and I anxiously await the tweaks to fix the fps. Am loving everything else about the guide so far, including some mods I never was interested in or thought to try :D
  7. Thanks! I'll try this out, and it if doesn't work I might have to a fresh install. I don't understand what went wrong. I followed both guides exactly.
  8. Are there any textures that I am ok to lower the resolution on without messing up? Mainly the ones with esps that might be in the CR? My 980 is maxing out it's VRAM and killing my fps (frequently down to 10 in cities), and I am assuming it's due to the textures. Seem it now multiple times in Solitude and Whiterun, and can't play a slide slow.
  9. From the pics, that looks to me like a detect life passive ability
  10. Does anybody else get bad frame loss in Solitude? I drop down to 10 fps, usually hover around 30-40. I do understand every PC is different, but was curious if I was the only one. Thinking of reinstalling the textures to a lower resolution in hopes that will fix it. Turning off the ENB had no effect.
  11. *facepalm* Can't believe I never thought about doing a seperate profile for it, sorry.
  12. Yep, I have actually used them in previous play through, so am aware of the body type, as well as bodyslide and making the meshes fit properly. Just that this is my first time following a guide, as opposed to an install such as Gopher's then adding stuff I liked afterwards. Just scared of deviating to much from the guide and completely breaking my game (something I have been VERY good at in my experience :P ) Also know about dumacs and Harolds, as I have used Skyrim Coin Replacer in the past as well.
  13. When you say it that way it makes sense. I just had visions of going into a dungeon, and getting next to nothing in loot, whether it was septims, a couple pieces of gear, etc. Never even thought of it balancing the economy. Haven't had that mentality since my FFXI days.
  14. Thank you for the in depth write up Darth on removing the Bad Gremlins mods. I got it done! :D Now, sorry for yet another question, and hope I am not being a bother. Just never knew modding went this in depth and I have been playing modded Skyrim for 2 years (hides). I love the Deserter X armors, and was wondering if it would be a serious problem to my game if I added the Legendary Armors: Deserter X mod by cp44 without it completely breaking my game? I have installed everything according to your guide, including mods I didn't really want such as scarcity if that helps.
  15. So I decided to do this guide, but now see that BadGremlins mods aren't on the nexus. I discovered while installing SR:LE that I am no good at conflict resolution, and had to use his preset one. How badly bugged would my game be for not using a CR patch since the one for this guide is dependent on those mods?
  16. Yep, I have both bookmarked. Had seen SR:LE a while ago and was thinking of trying it out but never got that far.
  17. Also, and sorry for yet another question... I am on holidays next week and was planning on having my game modded to play during that time. However, reading through this forum page, it was mentioned that the latest version of Legend of the Dragonborn could be out in a couple weeks. Would you guys recommend waiting for the updated version before playing? Not a big deal if so, as I still have Witcher 3 and XCOM 2 to play anyway. Thanks in advance :)
  18. Thanks guys! I don't plan on straying TO far from the guide, but don't want Scarcity, only want wildcat and revenge on the enemies for combat, and don't want realistic room rental. There may be others, but those come to me right away. Main reason I was thinking elemental dragons is I like how it adds extra ingredients, potions, and loot to dragons, but it isn't a end all, be all to have in. With Dragon Collection 2.0 I am sure I'd be happy, plus not tried it yet anyway.
  19. Quick, but possibly dumb, questions. I found this guide after looking into Legend of the Dragonborn. Never followed a guide before. Have always just added mods I like and tried to make them play nice. Worked sometimes, but usually failed. This will be my first time following a guide. If I don't want all the mods that are listed, would that create issues with my game by omitting them? Also, would adding mods that I would like to use (Elemental Dragons, in addition to the other dragon mods in this guide, is the first that comes to mind) cause major issues?
