  1. After sleepless nights of constant fiddling, I finally decided to go through the STEP guide in its entirety, and I'm seriously impressed.  Major thanks to everyone involved in doing this.  This sort of standardized model is exactly what I needed.  I have the majority of the mods running (237 of 'em [including the patches]), and it looks and feels incredible.  I used Wrye Bash, and everything is all ordered and nice and tidy.  It took a long, long, time, but it's clearly worth it. The only non-STEP mods I've added are: Climates Of Tamriel Project ENB Realistic Enhanced Lights & FX Dawn of Whiterun Sexy Riften Sexy Winterhold Sexy Solitude Skybirds Fantasy Music Overhaul No conflicts anywhere. I have a couple questions regarding performance.  I'm running 4-cores and a GTX 680 2GB.  I'm able to run everything at medium-to-high resolution, but I opted closer to the medium for performance sake.  I still bop down to ~35FPS here and there, so I'm wondering about optimization. Specifically optimizing BSAs.  If I run Optimizer Textures to knock everything (textures and BSAs) back to 2048, will it make much of a difference?  My only gripe at this point are the stutters here and there.
  2. Annnnnd the winner is Aiyen. It was Improved Puddles. I installed the DLC patches, but forgot to check the Core Files. Thanks!
  3. It's located in Windhelm near The White Phial. Â I've seen it pop up a few other places as well, only in Windhelm so far. I'm using Wrye Bash, and have installed (almost) all of the entire STEP guide. Â If someone can give me a screenshot or description of exactly what's supposed to be there, I can look it up in the conflicts in Wrye Bash and fix it. The only extra non-STEP mods I've installed are: Â Dawn of Whiterun, Sexy Riften, Sexy Solitude, and Sexy Winterhold.
  4. Alright, figured it out. In Trees HD, the detailed instructions say to install everything but the Vurt_Pine textures. I did that, and it led to purple trees. The fix, either keep the existing Vurt textures, or install the extras from here: https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3812/
  5. Reporting purple trees here. Â This video is exactly what I'm seeing: I've installed almost EVERYTHING in the Step guide (after 3 full days of tinkering). Â I used Wrye Bash, and installed all the mods in the correct order. Â As far as I can tell, I didn't make any mistakes, but there's obviously some conflict somewhere... Â Â
