  1. Solved. Error between user and keyboard, at least partially. The Plugins list now populates fine when opened through MO. I was following Gamerpoets start to finish guide to Merge Plugins, where he begins by opening and setting up outside of MO from a desktop shortcut. Yet in the video his list still appears. This does not happen for me...?
  2. When opening the program I get a 'List Index out of bounds (-1)' error. It then opens to a window without any Plugins. My plugin list is less than 255. What could be stopping the list from loading? Thanks for reading.
  3. Thanks to your help and also the mod author, I narrowed it down. It is a texture found in a few Falmer caves. There is even mention of it on the STEP forums: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/4045-falmer-glow-retexture-by-aiyen/?hl=%2Bshimmermist&do=findComment&comment=64457 and a mod that reduces the glow on Nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35857/? I would have thought something in all the STEP texture mods might have covered this - I wonder which ones are likely to have? Maybe it's just too obscure. In any case, now I know, I can try altering the texture /glow to my taste. Thanks for your help!
  4. I have installed a mod called Skyrim Underground, comes in a bsa+esp. Since I am new to actually playing through the game, I wondered whether this texture / effect found on the cave walls is present in the vanilla game. I assume it is some sort of bioluminescence. If it is a vanilla effect is there an improved version? None of the STEP mods I have installed seem to change it whatever the load order.
  5. When I make a Bashed Patch or run Dual Sheath Redux the esps do not go into the Overwrite folder. The various text files associated oddly do appear. Including Debug files for DSR. The esps instead appear to go straight into my ‘Bashed Patch - Default Profile’ and ‘Dual Sheath Redux Patch’ mods that I created earlier. If I delete these esps then run the BP / DSR process they appear in the overwrite folder as expected. Although the patches seem to be created (File Created timestamps show this) and loaded I still would like to know - what causes this behaviour? ( I am thinking it might have something to do with moving Skyrim to an SSD after installation. Or perhaps restoring from a backup? In addition, I have a folder called ‘Skyrim Mods’ in my Steam Skyrim folder with ‘Bash Installers’ & ‘Bash Mod Data’ inside it. Is this normal placing or did I perhaps install wrongly at first? ) Thanks for reading.
  6. That fixed the problem! (and I've learned something new) I thank you for your rapid reply and expert knowledge.
  7. Using Vividian ENB on a STEP install, everything looks great. However, ground textures smear and stretch on application of the ENB. I can turn it on and off and see that it is just ground textures that are doing this, and this happens to multiple textures. You can see the effect here: https://imgur.com/a/9gYmF After experimenting, turning off Anisotropic filtering seems to ever so slightly reduce the effect but not remove it. Any ideas? Thanks for reading.
