Found the problem, apparently some people have problems with Nevada Skies and cutscenes. I disabled Nevada Skies and the game progressed, I enabled it again and everything seems fine. I don't know why I was able to finish most of the game without this problem emerging until now, oh well. Back to the Wasteland!

When trying to confront Johnny Rounder in Vegas Bounties II my character gets stuck with no Pipboy. Toggling collision allows me to move around but I cant fast travel out or complete the quest. I decided to finish Lonesome Road before coming back to NVBII but I am stuck with the same bug when trying to exit The Cave of Abaddon into The Divide. Same bug, no Pipboy and toggling collision allows me to move anywhere but into the Divide where ED-E is waiting and beeping at me. Thanks for any help, I want to finish this game so bad.

Can someone help me with this Powered Armor problem? There are so many mods I don't even know where to start to look! The picture is the T-45 Armor, happens with the T-51 and Brotherhood of Steel Power Armor too. https://imgur.com/Gjj9ITt Edit: Please follow link, couldn't figure out thumbnails.
