  1. Yes, no conflicts. Yes, it comes with an esp. And still, so far no problems just running it after EVERYTHING else in SRLEX. And I don't use PCEA2 as I like that the females in Skyrim has differnet walk styles from not sexy to sexy (luckily you can scale down the use of the most sexy walks in the MCM so it doesn't get too lore unfriendly).
  2. A follow-up animation question to the above post: I placed my animations with the default SRLEX animations and everything is peachy, except when I do this with FNIS Sexy Moves which makes the game CTD before reaching the main menu. Tried different load orders. If install FNIS Sexy Moves after everything else (SRLEX incl. patches) and run generateFNISforusers everything seems to work fine. Now, paul666root's advice is not to install animations last - why is that? What trouble will I run into?
  3. Paul666root, thanks for your reply.
  4. Hi, hope there is still activity here in the SRLEX forum, since I was hoping someone could answer me these three animation related questions: 1) I've completed the SRLEX install and it runs nicely. Now I would like to try out some different animations. Would it do any harm to just add some animations at the end of the load order (after the "skyproc patches and other stuff" section) thereby letting them overwrite vanilla/SRLEX animations and then run FNIS again? I've done this with Momo Acrobatic Jump, Realistic Animation Project Movement, and Casual Bow Animations and up front it seems to be working fine - I'm just wondering if I could get problems further down the road after many hours of play? 2) Is it necesary to run FNIS again when adding "simple" animation replacers which in themself doesn't require FNIS? Won't they just overwrite and work out of the box? 3) In the Immersive Animations mod the file for forward-left sneakwalk is named 'sneakwalk_frwrdleft', but I've read that Bethesda, for no obvious reason, named that file 'sneakwalk_fwrwrdleft' (notice the extra w that doesn't make sense)? Doesn't the file need to be renamed for the animation to work? (I've posted the question to the author of Immersive Animations, but he havn't answered yet).
  5. Okay thx, I was just confused by the fact that the rule to unpack BSAs is not displayed in the guide untill after the first unpacking of BSAs has been done. in case Neovalen reads this, I suggest correcting this in the guide.
  6. Hi, I cannot state my gratitude for the SRLE guide enough - the thorough work done by Neovalen is extremely appreciated. That said, following the SRLE guide: In the "Optimizing The Bethesda Textures" section, we install the optimized textures and get asked whether to extract the bsa-archives (since we already activated the MO BSA Extractor earlier in the guide). LATER in the guide, in the beginning of "The Dovahkiin Comes" section, a notice states: "Critically Important! The first time a mod is installed that contains .bsa file Mod Organizer will prompt to extract it. Respond [Yes] and check the box labeled "Remember Selection" to prevent future prompts." QUESTION: is it intended that BSAs are only extracted from this point in the guide and on, or should the "optimized textures" earlier in the guide be extracted as well? I guess both scenarios will work - but what is intended and why?
  7. Got it! I did wonder why an inline comment after the gamma setting in skyrimprefs.ini seems to work fine (that would have been my next question). But that is explained by it being a numeric value. Thx for your replies both of you. Much appreciated
  8. On this STEP wiki page: https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Skyrim_Configuration_Settings it says: "Comment: A remark that is entered into the INI file that has no effect other than to tell the editor what something is there for and is designated by a semicolon (;)." and an example is shown where a comment is placed like this in a line starting with semicolon. I thought it would be okay to place a comment directly after a setting, with a few TABS between fx: UseDefferedRendering=true ;comment (TABS not added here) But I find that Deffered Rendering is turned off if I do so. So if this does not work, is there another way to write a comment just after a setting in enblocal.ini?
