Weapons and armour fixes - USLEEP - obsolete??

Looking at the Arthmoor list of mods made obsolete by USKP-USLEEP appear in that list Weapons and Armour Fixes (Which at the same time requires in my load order several compatibility patches if WAFR is in the load order) One things to note or ask: The list says "Weapons and Armour Fixes" ---- but NOT "Weapons and Armour Fixes REMADE" Is this really as it is? I mean can i assume that USLEEP contain all the fixes from WAFR? Thanks for your time guys -
Thank you, thank you very much for your time and for your patience, Understood the issue about changing the original esp, like the idea of a general esp patch but i do not know could be difficult for me a this stage of my learning. In the other hand if i modify the original underwater esp... one thing i am sure too... at this stage of knowledge i have i am not going to upload anything soon (Making myself ready for become a good modder witn TESVI??? --- My hobby of retired man?? I could well be, I like the idea :) )... I will see Soon i going to start with the CK, but for now four answer i enough As y said, thank you very much ....... my Jarl :)

Ok that about no alter an esp and make a new one and Meta rules, understood. What about the last esp and values not present in it?... Values that have been carried, esp after esp but coming to the last one it is not?? I ask that because in my TES5Edit i found several cases, and i am trying to understand and work with TES5Edit. Another example: esp involved are: WAFR then CCF then CCOR and fnally Prvt_HeavyArmory.esp (from Heavy Armory mod) ---- in load order the FormID is WAF_WeapMaterialForsworn [KYWD:01AF0104], The value in the EDID - Editor ID is WAF_WeapMaterialForsworn, carried as it is through WAFR - CCF - CCOR but it comes to Prvt_HeavyArmory.esp (last in load order) the value changes it to WAF_WeapMaterialForsworn_KRY As you see, the value is "almost" the same, but it is not, the private.esp adds _KRY changing it I am trying to teach myself TES5Edit but a bit green yet, so i do not know if if good to left things as they are or change the value in Prvt_HeavyArmory to the one it was been carried by the others .esp's This bit of information could be precious for me because i have similar examples with other esp. Ok thank you for your answer but i think my post of the records was not very well readable The five entries that carries on from Skyrim.esm to Upcate.esm to dawnguard - hearthfires.esm - dragonborn - USLEEP - Cutting room floor - CACO - CFF - CCOR - the choice is yours - atlas legendary, and the las plugin is Underwater.esp which does not have those records. Records not present: TundraMegan01 [REGN:00041449] -- avNavmeshBatch4 [REGN:0008EED7] -- WeatherTundra [REGN:000C5858] -- BorderRegionSkyrim [REGN:000C5859] -- Brie2npassTundra03 [REGN:000CAD0A] Those records shows under the "tag" XCLR - Regions Only one seems to be a "Navmesh" if is not for avNavmesh... but the others? I am trying to teach myself TES5Edit, and i have some useful PDF and links, but i do not know/nor how to handle taht- Should just copy that non present records into the Underwater Treasures.esp (that i know how) or make a new esp file (also i know how) or i should just leave it alone?

Hi to all First to say that i don't know if this is the proper place to ask, but since I don't know i will try :), if it is not, sorry for it. I learning (somehow) to use TES5Edit, applied filter and hide not conflicts Then I have a series of records that are present in (by order) - Dawnguard- USKL- Cutting Room Floor - The Choice is Yours - Altlas Legendary.. The last esp to load is: Underwater_Treasures.esp there are 5 records (TundraMegan01 [REGN:00041449] - avNavmeshBatch4 [REGN:0008EED7] .......) not present in that Underwater_Treasures.esp. I have learned how to copy those records in the last .esp - but i have not way to know if this is right to do or i will mess all my mod list

I am about to install Legacy of the Dragonborn and in that page they recommend not to use the Official HD textures pack 1,2 and 3 (and I suppose he is talking about the HighRes texture packs 1,2,and 3) because they are a memory hog. I wondered and asked there if the Unofficial HighRes texture pack from Arthmoor did solve that issues... I don't know, not been answered yet. Then i came to STEP and found that it is not necessary to pass those textures through DDSOpt because STEP Optimized vanilla textures does the job, so then. Need i still to load the Official HighRes texture pack 1,2, and 3 .bsa's in my game? Or it will be redundant?? Many thanks for your work and your generosity all

I think i have an issue with Nvidia Inspector. I set, as recommended in profiles to Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim and set the settings according to STEP, once finished i click to "Apply changes" and save my profile to a folder (renaming it), next time i start Nvidia Inspector is set again to _Global_Driver_Profile (Base Profile) and even when i import my saved former profile, that _ Global..... profile does not change I have repeated this process several times with the same result, and i have no clue about what is going on A final question. Should Nvidia inspector be kept open whilst i play skyrim for it to work? Thaks for your time

Hei my monitor is a Philipis BDM4065uc 40" 4k and even with the latest driver from Philips i have not option to 30Hz, nevertheless the information i got when i bought it in the box, says that is 4K 60HZ if HDMI or Display Port, I use HDMI but not options to 60HZ Something i must be doing wrong.....

Ok it has been a short while whilst i looked into it First my Nvidia inspector is set according STEP guides and the above provided linked.. One thought that i do not know if it is normal, when i set up Nvidia Inspector i set it the profile for "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" and STEP + link above settings, once i close Nvidia inspector and reopen it, it is set again to "#_GLOBAL_DRIVER_PROFILE (Base Profile)".... Of course, needles to say, i click on "Apply Changes" every single time Then. In Nvidia inspector the "Frame Rate Limiter" is set to -None I installed the last Boris v0.304 + last Crash Fix ENBoost form Boris to (less shuttering version). In enblocal.ini FPSLimiter=60. In the other hand my both ini game settings are set with "spINI.exe" acording to STEP. In my case to High but views distance customized. I have doubts about -Post_Load Update Time set to 2000, by the same application "spINI.exe" .... Should be higher/Lower??. I see here and there been recommended to 500---??? My Nvidia drivers up to date -- 361.91 Using Windows 7 Pro for the game Monitor is a Philips 40" at 3804x2160 -- In Control Panel/Display/Screen Resolution the monitor is running at 30HZ, but i do not see any feature which could limit FPS - The advanced tab shows the proper monitor at the set resolution. One thing strange here, -Control Panel/Display..Advanced settings.. driver details NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 --/Properties/Driver/Driver Details tab.... shows a "File version "UGLY Version 2.1 Build_233" that it is not the driver Nvidia 361.91 that GForce Experience shows (361.91)........ It is there any inconsistency or it is just the well known Windows many-no-sense things??? I do not have any other software that could control FPS as far i am aware of My rig is as i said a GTX980G and a i7 5820K (no OC) ... i can put in spINI.ex the lowest or Ultra setting, does not matter, nor where into the game i go or move..... frame rate ALWAYS 28/30FPS. Game is pretty stable 176.esp's (a good bunch of them Mathor script merged within those 176.esp's), i can play for hours without any CTD. Really, not the slightest clue about what is going on....... hahahahahhaha Any suggestions?? --- It will be very much welcomed Thank you guys for your care and time (Sorry indeed for the text wall) --- Heal Skyrim :)

At the moment i haven-t installed any ENB, I know about the enblocalini and limiting to 60 when installing a ENB preset, but currently my installation folder has not any enblocal.ini , I didn't know that Nvidai Inspector can limit frame rate.... and i can't find were, because i don't come with any ideas about what could be causing it The most amazing thing is that playing at 4K with all the setting maxed up, and running like crazy all over Skyrim, the frame rate does not move down to 30. Some times there is a small two three frames drop, but it last not even a second... I just don.t understand what is going on.... By the way, all my settings in both game .ini's and setting in the Graphic Card are following by the letter the STEP page, just when i find this problem i started to max up things, anisotrophic and anti-aliasing are as STEp recommend to 4 and 0 (app controlled)

no matter what i do with the setting in INI files, though mostly is the Skyrim Project INI tool that handles it but if i go form low to ultra, move back and forth the view distance, foliage or detail, I can change form a resolution o 1080 to a full 4K and in ultra settings FPS is monitored by Skyrim Performance Monitor and is absolutely stable at 30FPS. I thought that maybe the program wasn't working but GPU temperature and VRAM usage agree with other monitoring tool that i am using at the same time, so Skyrim Performance Monitor is working,. so i give for god that 30FPS. I console to TGM and speedmult to 600 and yet the 30FPS remain there no matter what or were i go into the game.... I truly do not understand what is going on, my Nvidia drivers are up to date Should I have a way higher FPS with a GTX980 4G and an almost vanilla Skyrim? No textures, no scripted mods..... i am just starting my planed play through so i have very little mos like Invesment price conficuration, carriages, SKSE. SkyUI, a matter of time and so on, very light mods, yet no matter how low i go in settings or how high i go in settings ----- 30 FPS I would really appreciate any comment guys

I am a bit annoyed about how grass, actors and objects "pops" I will like something smoother that this "popping in front of my nose" First saying my rig part important for that: I have a GTX 980 4G - Playing at 4K ins a Philips 40" - Processor 5820K and 16 RAm -- so i think i am ""safe about that Starting to build next play-through. Just installed Skyrim Legendary and tools/extenders (Loot- wrye bash - TesVedit - SKSE - S Perfomance Monitor - ...... and the new Unofficial Legendary and HR. almost nothing more, no "real mods" up til now Using according STEP - Skyrim Project INI to configure. View Distance is set to --- Object fade = 15 , Actor Fade=15; Item Fade= 15: Grass Fade= 15000; Light Fade 37500 -- Preset= Ultra-- Level 4= 35000; Levle 8= 70000; Level 16= 250000 I know that maybe is way to high all those settings, i will probably lower a bit when modding will star, for now is just trying how the view distance behaves' Also i have my settings INI's according STEP 2.2.9.2 guide but increased -- fGrassFadeRange=10000 -- iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=7 -- bAllowLoadGrass=1 Despite of all that, grass and objects and actors have that "unpleasant" feel and look, It just POP's ... hahahahaha Any suggestion?? I am tempted to increase uGrids (i have uGrids to load installed) but for the most part i get wise advice not to change that.... Thaks for your time
