I am Starting the Set-up again, just to make sure it was not my mess up, will let you know the outcome once done.

I followed the set-up instructions as posted, and yes I did run relinker

As I was starting a new game based on this set-up, I noticed that Bad Gremlins mods were merged, and LOTD did not recognize them, yet when I loaded the esp's back in LOTD recognized them, but I had duplicate items,

Upon Downloading and installing Mod Organizer 2 for Fallout 4, I get an error stating failed to create default, any suggestions?
