Thanks. I fixed the warnings using the instructions from the post you directed me to. This is the link from that post, for others to find easily. https://issue.tannin.eu/tbg/modorganizer/issues/1098 I used solution #1 from Tannin's suggestions.

I installed MO for the first time, went through the tutorial, added my Nexus Mods username and password and clicked on the globe and MO says "not logged in". I verified my credentials are correct because I can log into Nexus Mods manually. I'm running Windows 10 and using Chrome.
