Hello Lexy, I gave the guide another run and it went smoother than the last time I tried. I reached the finished line after running LOOT with exactly 250 mods. No errors. However, when you say at the finishing line to do a test run, I can't seem to start the game. I use SKSE through MO2 but it starts up waiting for the game to start but it reverts back to MO2. No error message, no nothing. I tried all the usual suspects like a load order or missing esp but all are there, no errors at xEdit either. Can anyone help? I don't want to continue the guide with this issue as I feel it will mess up even worse... PS: Should I clean ArtifactsofBoehtia.esp (3 ITMs), Imp_helm_legend.esp (5 ITM), Andromeda (1 ITM), MLU.esp (271 ITM), Helgen reborn.esp (20 ITM) etc? PS 2: LOOT suggests to use MLU Improved Closed Faced Helms patch, and other such warnings about Predator vision.esp etc should we? PS 3: LOOT reports incompatibility errors on the following mods: Immersive Horses.esp with Relationship Dialogue.esp, Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul.esp with Dawnstar.esp

Hi there, I just reached the finished line part of the guide and reached the time for a quick test point. the game starts OK but hangs just after the initial screen. The bottom right corner has the spinning loading icon shown even after almost 20 minutes... I didn't find any mistake in the steps of the guide and followed them to the letter. I couldn't however figure out what you mean in the intro of the merge section, to use the "optional folder of MO or auto disable the merged mods"? Could you elaborate a bit on how to do that? The weird part is that after running LOOT several plugin ESPs get disabled automatically after the sorting. Not the small esps that are patches but really important ones like Skyrim immersive creatures, falskaar etc. The game starts but crashes as is expected, so I just re enable all of them so there are no missing masters error in MO2 but the result is the eternal spinning loading icon...

I noticed after a bit of gameplay, around the time you first go to meet the emperor, that Geralt's body is pitch black!! Not his head, just his body! For some weird reason, it stays black no matter which skin mod I install lol Any suggestions? -

Well after a lot of restarts etc the game with the guide works properly. Had some issues after the tutorial scene in Kaer Morhen where the game was freezing right after, but it got resolved somehow... -

OK I found the cause. You have a line in the user.settings edits: TextureMemoryBudget=half your memory GPU, when I set that to 4096 (I have 8192 total VRAM) the texture quality setting in video->graphics becomes LOW for some reason. I just left it default at 800... -

Greetings Neovalen, awesome to see you making the Revisited guide for The Witcher 3. The Skyrim one was amazing. So, I followed your guide to the letter and when I went into the game, the graphics were like the picture attached. Seems something happened to the textures or something? Any guideline would be appreciated. Thanks. -

Yes it is strange, my CPU goes up to 20-30% while the GPU up to 80%. It's very intensive within Whiterun with the beautification changes on. Without it I get around 45-50 fps very smooth gameplay and 60 flat outside. Edit: Maybe some of the mods in the SMC Full are too heavy still. Like the ones that are not in the nexus and I had to get from other sources SRTO/SRO. They are the UQ versions. 4K+ textures etc. I will disable those and retry it. Also a small detail that escaped the guide. When you make the changes for the Race Adjustments in the final steps of the guide. After you run the script and you click CTRL+S to save the file, the file is saved as: [00:00] Saving: Requiem for the Indifferent.esp.save.2016_11_14_13_38_44 Now, in the following steps where you transfer the height values from Race Adjustments to the Requiem for the Indifferent.esp, the changes are saved to the regular .esp. The initial esp remains in the overwrite folder while the other is in the requiem output folder. I think that before you make the race adjustment values you should quit xEdit and copy that overwrite .esp to the output folder before doing the final adjustments. Am I correct? -

So finally done I think. Installed iNeeds too (the more immersive the better). Thing is beautification with ETAC... too much Fps hit even for a GTX 1070... I got from 4 up to 45 fps (average 20+) in Whiterun with this setup with or without ENB. It seems Skyrim isn't meant to be overloaded that much. -
