  1. Thanks everybody for the responses. So i have found that if I uncheck the dawnguard optimized .bsa folder skyrim runs flawlessly with all mods checked. I think I just need to re-optimize dawnguard as instructed in the guide. I'm thinking any ctd's later in the game could be how many .esp files I have installed considering I have 247 I believe. I might reduce textures and merge patches to see. Again thanks for the help. I'm very new skyrim modding.
  2. Luckily vanilla skyrim works fine. I'm trying to rule out if it's a specific mod or a bad patch. No idea why I can't get passed the emblem in the start screen. EDIT: So when I try to run SKSE through MO with no mods checked I get the same CTD on startup. So it's not a mod? I have no idea what I could have done to mess this up. EDIT2: I can play vanilla skryim with heathfire and dragonborn checked. Dawnguard seems to be the root of the problems. Maybe I corrupted the file when I optimized from the beginning of the guide?
  3. Tried verifying my files. Dawnguard.esm is still a red line across and no luck in getting past the start screen. If I uncheck Dawnguard I can start a new game no problem. Not sure what else to do.
  4. I'm having the same problem as jdrockpb was having but I've found no solution. I've checked boss, number of mods, and my TES5edit files to find that all seems correct. Maybe my ini. files are causing this or I forgot a simple step. I've tried launching skyrim without patches and any of the variant files to still get a CTD on the start screen. Can anybody help please? Thanks EDIT: So my Dawnguard.esm is corrupt? In Wrye Bash my Dawnguard.esm file is full red all the way across. Does that mean I need a re-install?
  5. https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27043/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D27043&pUp=1 Â Wondering if the new added content alone would be a worthy addition? Â Mainly for Neovalens Skyrim Revisited with RLO?
  6. Thank you :). I was so confused on why that was. When I need to patch I just search for it and override it as instructed in the guide.
  7. Good news, I got BUM to work because I found the executable file in Program Files (x86) vs my desktop. When I open up BUM I only see my general patch but none of the mods I installed. I assure you I have installed everything as the guide states.
  8. Okay I made sure to have all programs installed from the guide and made as executables in MO. I can get all executables to work through MO except BUM. In which case I get the same error code. Can I set up the settings in BUM to detect mods installed through MO? Thanks again for your help.
  9. Yes I made sure to follow those steps before modding. I use SKSE through wyre bash and I got it to open up. My next problem is getting BUM to work through Mod Organizer. I get an error message of failed to spawn "_2F5293DA78665C6D343C82.exe": failed to start process (errorcode 216). Not sure what that means.
  10. I installed BUM as instructed through NeoValen's guide. It's simply an .exe file on my desktop and when I open it I can't get it to open up mods installed from Mod Organizer. In reply to how I load Skyrim, I do it though the Mod Organizer so it will load the mods installed. Hope that helps.
  11. Hello Neovalen, I've been following your guide for a long time and appreciate your work. Â While using Mod Organizer I've hit a few big frustations that I can't seem to find a solution for. Â Mainly I can't use BUM and I can't run Skyrim at all. Â Wasn't sure if there was an easy way to transfer over the TES5Edit files and mods to so I can use BUM. Â Sorry I'm an absolute noob with this stuff but thanks again.
