I had a similar problem. I was able to avoid it by setting DynDOLOD Output to the DynDOLOD program folder instead of the Mod Organizer mods folder. When DynDOLOD was finished, I cut and paste the DynDOLOD Ouput folder into the MO mods folder.

It's now back up and updated too.

I had a problem similar to this. Loot, xEdit, Wrye Bash could all see my mods, but for some reason, FNIS and SkyrimSE itself could not. I ended up formatting my drive and reinstalling Windows and everything. That fixed my problem. It may have been some screwy registry or appdata issue that I doubt I would have been able to figure out in a timely fashion... so a complete reinstall of Windows was my solution. Probably not the best solution though...

I tried to send lifestorock a message on Nexus regarding this, but I get an error saying "The member lifestorock cannot receive any new messages". Hopefully someone will be able to let him know the link is busted.

Oops, replied to an older post... disregard.

A couple of things I've noticed while following the guide (so far): 1. Argonian Female Refined seems to have vanished from the Nexus. 2. Improved Closefaced Helmets WAF replacer esp link is broken.
