Only thing it does is sorting the mods. Now i can't clean the dirty files if i can't see what files are dirty. Is there another way to show what mods are dirty?

I fixed it now. The problem was, when i tried to launch the game through the launcher, it said that fallout 3 wasn't installed even though it was. I googled around, fixed it, and now i can launch it through MO again.

I looked at the MO step guide troubleshooting, but this one is different, i'll take a look. This is my latest log And this is my ini file Don't know what you mean about the "profile" folder or "paths" to the software involved.

Even without any mods. I have searched the whole MO forum for a fix. I tried running as Administrator, reinstalling, installing MO in program files. Nothing works. It just opens up a black screen and crashes after 2 seconds. But when i launch fallout 3 normally without MO it works completely fine. I got the newest MO version, 1.3.7
