Mod Organizer putting some of my mods in this weird gray box.

What happens when my MO just did this automaticly. I cant just drag them out agian. I have never seen this before after using this for several months. https://i.imgur.com/7JHXmtV.png Any ideas how i fix it back to normal its really bugging me.
