  1. Thank you! For your answer and for your crazy work. I'm new here and I find the guide to SR:LE a really intelligible and good way to learn the basics about the modding of Skyrim and whatnot. I'd like to ask you another question though: once I will have finished installing SR:LE, should I try to keep it up to date now and then or should I just play and forget about it? Thanks.
  2. Sorry for the newb' question but do I have to do anything about all the "Mod Dependencies" and "Overrides" indicated in the guide or is it just for information? Thanks.
  3. Thanks a lot, I just started to get into Skyrim modding 3 days ago (with STEP) and it's all good informations for me to learn.
  4. Sorry GrantSP, I would have like to give you those infos but I just completely removed MO, Skyrim and everything related to start again clean and from scratch (with SR-LE this time).
  5. REGS is in fact "A Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim". Ok I had another profile in MO just for STEP and actually there is also the mods for REGS included, just not ticked and in alphabetical order. But the bizarre thing though is that MO doesn't have LOOT, Wrye Bash and the others "installed" in it anymore... I think I'm just going to start again from scratch with SRLE this time. When I'm in the conflicts windos in MO, I can't hide the files and if I go in the Filetree, I have only the .bsa and .esp inside...
  6. Thank you both. I used BOSS because it was in the REGS tuto but right now I just opened MO and all my files are unchecked and in disorder... Don't know if it's link but it sucks badly!
  7. Hi there, I just finished installing STEP Extended + REGS, following every advices given on the website but I have a problem when trying to rebuild the Bashed Patch in Wrye Bash. The software "says": I launched BOSS through MO before trying this (launching the BOSS Gui and then clicking on Run BOSS, I don't know if it's the right way). I'm not sure what to do know, I'm quite afraid of breaking everything actually. Also another thing that is troubling me: when installing "Moon and Star" during the REGS setup, it says But then Skyrim Distance Overhaul need to be in the beginning of the list to get overwritten by others (if i understand the Conflicting Graphics part properly) so I moved Moon and Star on top of it whereas the REGS guide recommend to keep REGS mods at the end of the list so what should I do? Can anyone help me with that? Thanks a lot in advance!
  8. Oh sure, I didn't mean having them all but just not having a precise and narrow goal in mind so I'm open to advices. ::
  9. I don't necessarily want to focus on gameplay, i'm in for any pack that would make my run nicer/more interesting. Oh I forgot about SRLE vs STEP, still not sure here neither...
  10. Thanks a lot guys, I will probably have the time for one run only, that's why I want to make it right!
  11. Hi guys, I'm sorry to ask such a newb' question but I would really like to have your advice on this: After installing STEP Extended and for a first run of the game, what (combination of) pack(s) would you recommend to add for the best possible gameplay experience in Skyrim. Thanks in advance. Monkee
  12. Thank you both. I moved it the way you advice Kelmych.
  13. Hello there, I'm going to play and mod Skyrim for the first time and I would like to take advantage of my SSD for this game. Can I just use SteamMover to move it there and not worry about having any problem whatsoever with STEP and Mod Organizer or is it better to perform a clean install on the SSD directly? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Monkee
